All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Product Warranty

Our LED lighting products are backed by manufacturer warranties as specified on individual product pages. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Touchstone Commercial and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touchstone Commercial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
